Our rich, fudgy brownies are both dairy and gluten-free, featuring a delightful combination of a crisp top and a gooey center. They offer a perfect balance of indulgence and deliciousness, making them an ideal treat for everyone. Whether you’re following specific dietary restrictions or simply love a fantastic brownie, these treats are sure to satisfy your cravings and bring a smile to your face!

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (365°F) and line a baking tray.



  2. Place all items inside a bowel (except chocolate chips)
  3. Yorkshire puddings
  4. Whisk until the mixture is very smooth, then Stir in chocolate chips or chopped chocolate buttons. Keep in mind that smaller or thinner chocolate pieces may melt or sink to the bottom, but the brownies will still taste delicious even if the chocolate settles at the bottom!

  6. After you’ve stirred in the chocolate chips, pour the mixture into the baking tin pushing the mixture flat towards every corner. Bake in the oven for about 38 minutes to start checking, though it will likely take around 40 minutes. I’ll provide more details in the next bullet point.

  8. The secret to achieving a perfect brownie center is to remove it from the oven while the inside is still slightly gooey. To test, insert a skewer into the center of the brownie; if it comes out with a bit of gooey mixture, that's ideal. If the skewer comes out completely clean, the brownies might be overbaked. If the skewer comes out with too much gooey mixture, bake for a little longer. Since brownies can change texture quickly, start checking around 38 minutes to ensure the best result.
