Hi! I’m James, a university student from England with a passion for baking, photography, and the exciting challenge of creating a website.

My baking journey began in childhood. When i discoverd that i was dairy and gluten intolerant, I started making “free-from” cakes and dishes so that didn't miss out on the things I loved! Since there weren’t many gluten-free or dairy-free recipes available, I started experimenting and came up with my own. Over the years, I’ve discovered some of the best dairy & gluten free alternatives in my opinion, and I’m excited to share all my tips and recipes with you through this website!

How it Began



My love for baking started when I was younger and found out I couldn’t eat dairy or gluten. At the time, there weren’t many recipes online or in cookbooks that worked for the foods I used to love. So, I began experimenting, trying to recreate my favorite treats with gluten-free and dairy-free ingredients.

Over the years, I’ve adapted recipes and even created my own. Now, after 10 years of trial and error, I’m excited to share all my favorite recipes with you!
